The No. 10 Oregon State Beavers visit the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors on Monday night in a college baseball game at Les Murakami Stadium in Honolulu.

First pitch is scheduled for 9:35 p.m.

It’s the finale of a four-game series and the Beavers need a victory to take the series. OSU earned an emphatic 11-4 win in Friday’s opener, escaped with a 3-2 victory in Saturday’s Game 2 and limped through a 5-0 shutout in Sunday’s Game 3.

The offense, save from Friday’s eruption, has been a no-show in recent games, especially the last two. The Beavers produced a combined three runs and seven hits over the weekend and managed to put just four baserunners in scoring position during Sunday’s shutout.

It’s part of a maddening trend that has lasted seven games and nearly two weeks, during which Oregon State has scored more than three runs just twice and managed more than six hits only once. Take away Friday’s explosive outlier and OSU is averaging just two runs and 4.8 hits during the seven-game stretch.

Here are details about Monday night’s game:

Probable starters: TBA vs. TBA

This and that: Neither team has announced a starting pitcher, but the Beavers likely will turn to sophomore right-hander Wyatt Queen, who has started midweek games each of the last two weeks and is coming off his best outing. He tossed five solid innings during a no-decision against the Oregon Ducks last week, allowing two runs, two hits and recording five strikeouts. ... Gavin Turley went 0 for 3 with a walk in Sunday’s loss, which ended his seven-game hitting streak. ... Easton Talt finished 0 for 2 with a walk Sunday, giving him 55 walks this season. The total leads the nation and is tied for sixth on the Beavers’ all-time single-season list with Michael Conforto. Talt needs 21 more to tie the Beavers’ record (76), shared by Adley Rutschman and Travis Bazzana. ... This will be Oregon State’s 32nd game away from Goss Stadium this season. They are 12-7 on the road and 9-3 in neutral-site matchups. ... Only five OSU players have produced hits the last two games: AJ Singer (three), Wilson Weber (one), Canon Reeder (one), Trent Caraway (one) and Turley (one). ... Oregon State is playing on Monday for the third time this season and is trying to stay undefeated. It defeated Xavier 18-6 opening week and defeated Gonzaga 4-3 last month.
