Little Warrior Foundation Youth Baseball Camp Set Saturday Morning at IRC In Titusville

The 4th Annual Little Warrior Foundation Youth Baseball Camp, powered by the Little Warrior Foundation and MLBPAA, is set Saturday, January 13 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Indian River City Little League, located at 330 Little League Lane in Titusville, Florida.

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – The 4th Annual Little Warrior Foundation Youth Baseball Camp, powered by the Little Warrior Foundation and MLBPAA, is set Saturday, January 13 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Indian River City Little League, located at 330 Little League Lane in Titusville, Florida.

The cost is $50 per child and includes T-shirt, lunch, autographed MLBPAA baseball and baseball instruction. Age groups include 6 to 13 years old and all proceeds will benefit the Little Warrior Foundation.

“Major and Minor League Baseball players will teach you the fundamentals of the game of baseball,” said Chris Reynolds, President
of the Indian River City Little League.

The 2018 Little Warrior Foundation Baseball Camp Instructors Includes:

• Travis Chapman – former MLB infielder with the Philadelphia Phillies, currently coaching infielders in the New York Yankees organization.
• Chris Heston – former MLB pitcher with the San Francisco Giants, Seattle Mariners, and Minnesota Twins. He threw a no-hitter against the New York Mets on June 9, 2015. Chris grew up in Brevard County, attending Bayside High School in Palm Bay.
• Brian Johnson – current pitcher with the Boston Red Sox. After a very accomplished collegiate career at the University of Florida, he was drafted in the 1st round of the MLB draft in 2012 by the Boston Red Sox. He made his major league debut on July 21, 2015.

• Marcus Crescentini – current pitcher in the Miami Marlins organization, most recently appearing in the Florida State League with the Jupiter Hammerheads.
• Matt Rose – current 1st baseman in the Chicago White Sox organization, most recently appearing in the Carolina League with the Winston-Salem Dash.
• Ruben Garcia – current pitcher in the Baltimore Orioles organization, most recently appearing in the New York Penn League with the Aberdeen IronBirds.
• Sean Carley – former pitcher in the New York Yankees organization. He grew up in Brevard County and attended Melbourne Central Catholic High School. After being drafted by the Yankees in 2014, he pitched his way up to the Florida State League with the Tampa Yankees in 2016.
• Mario Garza – current President/Founder of the Little Warrior Foundation. He is a former catcher and infielder in the Houston Astros organization. Mario works in player development with the New York Yankees.
