She has been spending the Christmas period in Caribbean with her boyfriend Simon Cowell, their son Eric and her child Adam.
But Lauren Silverman was flying solo as she confidently took to the water on a paddleboard in Barbados on Saturday.
The Florida born beauty, 40, paraded her age-defying figure in a skintight swimsuit, that clung to every inch of her toned physique, while she rowed with poise.

Lauren and her sons will celebrate the start of 2018 in Barbados and they will return to their home in the New Year.
Lauren went public with Simon in 2013, after her relationship with his then-best friend Andrew Silverman ended.
